RUSDI ABU BAKAR
Rusdi is a Director of the group since 2015, He brings more than 20 years of experience in the international façade industry in operation, commercial, and contract.
With Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering background, Rusdi starts his career with Permasteelisa Gartner Middle East LLC in Dubai and extended his career in the Middle East for 10 years. He has been involved in projects in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, America, Australia, and Asia.
His portfolio ranges from super high-rise towers, mix-used development, commercial and residential tower, airports, public buildings/infrastructure, historical buildings, and semi-conductor factories.
YEE HONG HO
Hong Ho began his career with Kassim Chan & Co (now known as Deloitte) in 1994 and later joined KPMG in 2005 before he left as Audit Director in 2012. He has over 18 years of experience in providing audit and business advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries. His portfolio of clients included major public - listed companies and local subsidiaries of multinational corporations operating in various industries, including banking and financial services, manufacturing and trading, construction contracts, engineering, consultancy services, logistics and transportation, oil and gas, hospitality, and other service industries.
His experience also includes financial due diligence reviews for the acquisition of business entities, reporting accountants for purposes of IPO, and review of profit forecasts in connection with rights issue exercises.
He is currently responsible for the Finance, Corporate Affairs, Risk Management, People Management, and Regulatory Compliance functions of the Group.
He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
