Barrack Place, 151 Clarence Street, is home to Arup Sydney’s new offices in the heart of the CBD. Not only an exemplar A-Grade commercial building, but a new kind of workspace with exceptional wellness and sustainability credentials. The commercial building incorporates the latest technology and focused on sustainability, achieving a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating. Barrack Place has been awarded WELL Certification at the Platinum level by the International WELL Building Institute.
Our scope of work to this project includes design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement and supply (CIF) of unitized curtain wall panels to the 20-floor commercial building.
