Sustainable Façade Care
The ECM Libra Building in Damansara, clad with glass and aluminium composite panels, has stood for more than 15 years as a corporate landmark. Over time, the façade began experiencing serious water leakage issues that affected its performance and durability.
RFY Group was entrusted to carry out a comprehensive façade maintenance programme. Our scope included detailed inspections and reporting on façade integrity, technical recommendations for remedial measures, and the removal and reapplication of sealants to the aluminium perimeter coping.
By combining skilled manpower with high-quality materials, our team restored the façade’s watertightness while maintaining its clean, professional appearance. The replacement sealant system was carefully applied to ensure long-term protection against further leakage, extending the building’s service life and safeguarding its value.
