Originally built in the early 2000s, the building’s façade had begun showing signs of performance degradation. Leveraging our specialised Façade Maintenance Division, RFY conducted a thorough investigation and condition assessment, followed by a targeted rectification plan designed to restore performance while minimising disruption to tenants and adhering to a cost-sensitive budget.
The rectification works focused on precision inspection, sealant replacement, and system restoration, resulting in enhanced façade integrity and extended building lifespan.
