Ivanhoe is located at a triangular island left over from the intersection of three main roads placed at the very top of a hill – one of the highest points in Melbourne. Ivanhoe’s combination of architectural forms is set to be a residential Icon for the area. Glass meets slatted timber on an impressive scale to surround the building’s curves and horizontal podiums – all delivering incredible 360° views over Ivanhoe, across to the city and out to the Dandenongs.
Our scope of work to this project includes design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement and supply (CIF) of unitized curtain wall, window wall systems and aluminium fins to the 13-floor serviced apartment building.
