Little Hall is an exemplar of modern managed student accommodation in central Melbourne. It offers 669 self-catered residential places across a variety of ‘apartment style’ studio, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom configuration. The site makes full use of its location to the south of Lincoln Square through the placement of significant internal and external common areas that provide stunning outlooks across Lincoln Square and to the Parkville Campus beyond, as well as onto the surrounding historic laneways.
