Set in the heart of Johor Bahru City Centre, the capital of Malaysia’s southernmost state, Menara Jland introduces a whole new concept of a commercial, yet sustainable green office building, the first of its kind in Johor. A Grade A office building with MD Status with GBI Gold certification, enveloped entirely in low emissivity (Low-E) glass, the building offers a truly spectacular view of downtown Johor Bahru.
