Pusat Bandar Damansara interior fit-out
RFY successfully completed an interior fit-out project for a modern boutique office with an integrated training facility at Pavillion Damansara Height, Pusat Bandar Damansara. A key design requirement for this project was achieving excellent sound insulation between multiple internal spaces, modular unit for easy future maintenance, ensuring comfort, privacy, and optimal functionality for both boutique office operations and training activities.
We are proud to have partnered with the client to deliver a solution that met—and exceeded—their expectations. To address the stringent acoustic requirements, RFY proposed our Tirai® Series Acoustic Partition, a system fully designed and engineered by our in-house technical and engineering team. This system has also been rigorously tested and verified by an independent laboratory, assuring performance and reliability.
The completed installation achieved outstanding acoustic performance while maintaining a slim, clean, and well-organised frame profile. Compared to conventional partition systems, the Tirai® Series offers a more refined and contemporary appearance, enhancing the overall ambience of the workspace. The final outcome is a strong, neat, and modern office environment that balances functionality, aesthetics, and acoustic comfort.
