TRX 1423

TRX 1423, home to Malaysia’s first Apple Store, is a landmark commercial development located within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) precinct — Malaysia’s international financial hub. Designed by Foster + Partners in collaboration with GDP Architects, the building features a striking glass dome pavilion at its entrance, which blends harmoniously with the surrounding TRX Central Park.

RFY Group was engaged to manage and execute the façade site works, ensuring that the curtain wall and associated systems were installed with precision and in accordance with the stringent technical and architectural specifications. Our responsibilities included façade site management, coordination, installation, and quality assurance, all performed under international best practices.

The façade delivers durability, watertight integrity, and energy efficiency while complementing the glass dome’s clean geometry and architectural character. Through innovative engineering and craftsmanship, it supports both comfort and sustainability — enhancing the building’s visual presence in Kuala Lumpur’s skyline without overstating its form.

The successful completion of TRX 1423 underscores RFY’s capability to meet the demands of globally significant architecture, consistently delivering outstanding results in high-profile, high-precision projects.
