RFY Aces (M) Sdn Bhd (“RFY Group”) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ITB Aluminium (“ITB”) on 20 June 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria. This strategic partnership marks an important milestone in expanding RFY Group’s footprint in West Africa’s construction and engineering sector.

ITB Aluminium is the specialist aluminium and glazing division of ITB Nigeria Limited — one of Nigeria’s foremost construction and infrastructure companies with a long-established track record in delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, and civil projects across the country. ITB Nigeria’s extensive in-country network, fabrication infrastructure, and project delivery experience make it a leading force in Nigeria’s built environment sector.
The MOU establishes a collaborative framework between both parties to pursue opportunities in complex unitized façade systems, curtain wall solutions, glazing works, acoustic internal partitions, and integrated building envelope projects.
Under this collaboration, RFY Group will contribute its extensive expertise in façade engineering, design development, technical consultancy, structural and performance analysis, and system optimization. The group will also support project execution through detailed shop and fabrication drawings, material sourcing, and specialized technical training.
ITB Group will leverage its strong local presence in Nigeria to provide business development support, client engagement, site surveys, fabrication facilities, project management, installation services, logistics coordination, assistance with statutory approvals, and after-sales services.
This partnership aims to combine RFY Group’s advanced engineering and design capabilities with ITB’s local market knowledge and operational resources, creating a strong platform to deliver high-quality, innovative building envelope solutions.
Both parties will jointly identify and pursue project opportunities in Nigeria, across West Africa, and in other mutually agreed markets.
